Hi guys, thanks a lot, tomorrow i’m going to Strasbourg . I loved your tips
Thank for sharing -- we are in Cadiz today and it helps 😀😃🤣👍👍
Downtown winnipeg is riddled with crime and drugs. The downtown area has been mismanaged and dangerous but the forks is somewhat safe.
It is not the most beautiful city in Mexico .It is just promoted for real estate reasons .It does Not have real Mexican feeling either .
do you have to have a mexican number? tho?
With the local SIM card, yes. Thanks for watching!
Sir, you did not catch a cold you caught the other “C” word. Traveling without masking (a well fitting N95, not a surgical), especially on transportation is a great way to upset one’s travel plans. 😅😅
Actually, we were both wearing masks the entire flight. 😷
@@HeGoesSheGoesif that were true, you wouldn’t have caught a a”cold” either. 🤔
@@FreeToBe_Me And yet, it happened. Either way, it was a bummer.
Blue Morelos and Lola y Moya are my faves! The sweet revenge taco at Blue's omg so good and the banana coffee at Lola, omggggg The ice cream place next to the church is so good and the guy working when we were there was so lovely. He didn't speak much English and I don't speak much Spanish but we worked together to make my order and we had some laughs. He was lovely and so was the ice cream
We loved all those places as well! Glad to hear you're enjoying the food scene. And thanks for watching!
Do you suggest Cadiz or Seville for three nights in August?
Good question! Depends on so many things; travel style, other destinations on your itinerary, etc. However, if we were to go back, we'd probably spend more time in Seville. Beautiful, vibrant city with plenty to do.
@@HeGoesSheGoes Just nervous about going in August, and the vibe of the siting being dead. I love patio sitting, and people watching. I want there to be life, but I hear that August is extremely dead.
@@camerontayfour8897 Ah. You could be right! We're not sure about that. Hope it works out for you!
Wow how could you miss Deen's?????
It was on our list! We saved it for next time. 😀
Are you hiring ?
Morden is where they filmed the Tales From The Loop TV show (which I loved!) A memorable scene was filmed right in the middle of Stephen Street.
Cool! We didn't know that. Going to have to go look that up.
Thank you for this! Last time I was in Winnipeg, the bear exhibit was in process..am so tired of only seeing negative reports of Winnipeg it is so refreshing to watch your excellent videos!
That's very kind of you to say! Winnipeg is a great place to live, and a great destination for travellers. The biggest compliment we get is when someone tells us that our videos helped them discover something great about Winnipeg or Manitoba.
Who knew! Love the tour of the leaf
We love the Leaf. Thanks for watching!
Would like something on Assiniboine park near where I grew up in Tuxedo
Thanks for watching, and great idea! We explored a bit of the park, including the Leaf, in this video: ua-cam.com/video/hTVHjnjKNDQ/v-deo.html
Loved your video! Thanks! Nice Spanish pronunciation! Any advice about direct flights and prices from Winnipeg Manitoba to Varadero? Thanks again!!
Thanks for the nice comments and for watching! It's been quite a few years since we've been to Cuba unfortunately, so we don't have any tips on flights and prices for you. Let us know if you find anything!
Being from Churchill, this was a good video, to show some awesome sightings of polar bears!
Glad you enjoyed it!
I went on a buggy a year ago in Churchill and was so scared when we saw one I pooped my pats a little and stunk up the whole buggy!
Old video but still great. Did you happen to visit Mystique Casa Perla by Royalton. Thinking of staying here...
Thanks for watching! No we didn't. If you go, let us know how it goes!
I'm here now taco bell taste better
I love this video ❤️
Thanks for watching!
You are filming themselves in front plan too much. All talking could have been done as overvoice over beautiful video of this village.
Burnt pizza can't be yummy.
Charred pizza! One of the best pizza experiences we've had in Manitoba.
Some are closed today , and price wise they are among the expensive…🙏
Thanks for sharing!
👍👍
Guadalajara is the most romantic city in Mexico ...founded on February 14, 1542
Thanks for making it so informative. Few people talk about the prices.
You're welcome! Please note that the video is a few years old, so prices will have probably changed a bit. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences 😊
You're welcome! Thanks for watching.

Hey guys! Congrats on the new channel. And thanks for watching!
I was planning on retiring back in Winnipeg after working many years in the U.S. The state of the country under Trudeau makes that a no go for now.
We are actually great with Trudeau.
Well, I'm not. When I left Winnipeg to go to work, the Canadian dollar was .98 cents compared to the U.S. dollar. It is now .73 cents and dropping. Why would I take my hard earned money and buy property in Winnipeg and see my investment continue to melt away because Canada has not invested in productivity. Trudeau's government based the economy on speculative real estate. That's ok if you already own property, but it is very difficult for a single person like me to afford a decent home. I still want to retire back in Winnipeg, maybe in a year or two.
Now it is Guanajuato and Cuernavaca.
At some point in the past years was very dangerous.
It’s pronounced HONO-lulu not HANA-lulu
Thanks for the tip!
Oh not another one! What is it with sponsored ads. Do you just hate people who had to pay for premium because ad block does not work? What is the point? I was enjoying your posts. But standards are standards!
Why don’t you expose some of the homelessness on your platform?
The currency changed in 2021 - no more CUCs. This outdates this video.
Note that the currency changes in 2021 have eliminated the CUC currency. This is out of date on this video.
Thanks for sharing! Will pin this comment.
Great video! How many nights would you recommend in Cadiz? Which month did you visit?
Thanks! We visited Cadiz in late May/early June and only for a short period of time. It's been quite a while since we've been there, but we remember thinking it wasn't enough. 2 days minimum, 3 would work well we think. (As is always the case, it depends on what kind of traveller you are: Whirlwind travellers might only need a night or two. Slow travellers may need much more.)
@@HeGoesSheGoes I'm the slow kind! Thank you so much!
@@rosefern1855 You're welcome!
I'm headed to Honolulu from Los Angeles tonight and I'm worried and panicked. I looked online and it says the bus doesn't take cash??? Where do you buy a holo card? I'm only staying for 3 days. Do they have a 3 day pass? They don't take cash, coins, or debit credit cards? I have to take the bus from the airport to my hostel in Waikiki. Please help. So confusing Do you happen to know if there's international fees for using your credit or debit cards? My phone carrier is Verizon. Honolulu charges a fee? Where do you suggest visiting? I'm going by myself
Hi there! Sounds like a fun trip! Holo cards are easy to buy at any ABC store and those stores are everywhere in Honolulu, like 7-Elevens in other cities. Google maps will tell you where they all are. Just add the amount of money you think you will need for your time in Hawaii, then when you hop on a bus you just tap and you're good to go. Not sure about from the airport though, you might want to take an Uber or taxi to your hostel to get settled first. If your bank cards are from the US you shouldn't have international fees, if they're Canadian, then yes. Same with your wireless carrier. As for where to go, we have a few videos from Honolulu you should watch. You can find them here: ua-cam.com/play/PLbB2plQhUYPncJKU2QodKdtMS5-WsX3Rf.html
Great video ❤
Thanks for watching!
Do you have a video about transportation from BJX airport options to Guanajuato city and then san Miguel?
Hi there! We don't unfortunately. We took a prearranged taxi from Guanajuato to BJX to fly back to PV. For getting between Queretaro, SMA and Guanajuato we used the comfortable and reliable ETN buses.
I traveled 3 months trough Mexico (2003) "Off-Season" (sept-ont-nov) and...it was all SUPER-CHEAP in those days (2 euros for a -one night- Fab Hotelroom)! I stayed 1 month in Puerto Morellos
That sounds like a great trip! Things have definitely changed. Mexico isn't as inexpensive as it used to be.
Ha Ha! I looked at the same apartment in Versalles! But they were building 3 buildings all around at the time. Love your videos! Heading to Morelia tomorrow, and can't wait to check out some of your recommendations!
That's great to hear! Have a fantastic trip. You'll love Morelia. And thanks for watching!
This was always on my travel list for retirement. Can’t afford it though😢
Totally understand. It's definitely not inexpensive. Hopefully you'll make it one day! Thanks for watching.
Saskatoon used to be a great little city, but now gangs, addiction, and homelessness have made the downtown and other areas, including Riversdale unsafe. Sad, used to love living there, not now.
For sure. Those are challenges many cities face unfortunately. Our neighbourhood in Winnipeg has similar challenges. Hopefully things will improve. Thanks for watching!
once again appreciate your work creating this incredible video. going in june w/ family. cant wait!!!
Awesome to hear! Have a great trip and thanks for watching!
